Past Wounds

????: "W-WHAT DID YOU DO!?"

?????: "I-I DIDN'T MEAN TO! I WAS JUST PLAYING!"

Both colts looked at each other worried. They had chased Mirage here throwing different things at him from just outside of town. But they hadn't meant to ACTUALLY hurt-hurt him!

????: "HE'S NOT MOVING!!"

Levity: "Brother! Brother come on! It's starting to rain!"

?????: "Lets get out of here!"

Levity saw two young colts running from behind a tree - curiosity got the best of her, so she rushed over to see what they could have been doing. That was till she saw who was laying unconscious next to the tree.

Levity: "MIRAGE!?" she rushed by him, trying to get his attention.

Levity: "Mirage, wake up! Come on!" She saw the wound on her brother's head, then the rock next to him. "Mirage, please wake up! W-we have to go!" She was tearing up as she tried to shake her brother awake.

Levity looked around, seeing the fading images of the two colts who were running away from their spot - ((THEY DID THIS! I WON'T LET THEM GET AWAY!!)) Levity's face twisted in anger as she leaped over her brother's body to chase them down, but -......... she turned her gaze back to her brother and quickly rushed back over. ((I-I can't leave him...))

Levity: "SOMEPONY!! ANYPONY!! PLEASE! MY BROTHER NEEDS HELP!!" There was no response and she didn't see anypony coming.

Levity: "Mirage... *sniff* c-come on...w-we have to go home....mommy's gonna be scared..." She pleaded to her brother, but he didn't respond. She continued to cry - but she had to do something!

Levity: "MOMMY!! D-DADDY!!" She screamed- her own voice seemed like it echoed. 

Seconds later Discord and Fluttershy arrived, quickly getting their son to the hospital.

It took an emergency visit from Twilight, Celestia, and Luna to conceal most of Discord's magic, till he calmed down. But that didn't happen till Mirage woke up hours later.
